The villa is accessed from a quiet country lane, through traditional olive wood gates up a sweeping gravel driveway to a large parking area at the front of the house. The large, floodlit swimming pool is surrounded by a large sun terrace and colourful shrubs and trees. There are 12 good quality sun loungers and parasols. There is also table tennis and a large purpose-built barbeque.
